Sneh Asha Foundation Launches 10 New Computer Labs & Welcomes 3rd Batch of Scholarship Students
Sneh Asha Foundation launched 10 new state-of-the-art computer labs across BMC and TMC schools and welcomed 12 students into the third batch of its Scholarship Programme. The event at Rangsharda Auditorium in Bandra West brought together government officials, educationists, corporate leaders, donors and celebrities around the shared vision of digital inclusion and educational equity.
The Foundation launched 10 new computer labs with more than 600 high-performance computers intended to benefit more than 15,000 students.

10 New Computer Labs Across BMC and TMC Schools
The Foundation launched 10 new state-of-the-art computer labs across BMC and TMC schools.
The newly inaugurated labs are equipped with more than 600 high-performance computers.
The facilities are expected to directly benefit more than 15,000 students from Grades 6 to 10.
The labs are designed to provide learning opportunities ranging from basic digital literacy to coding, AI concepts and data analysis.
Welcoming the Third Scholarship Batch
The event also celebrated Batch 3 of the Sneh Asha Scholarship Programme.
The programme provides full-spectrum educational support including coaching, college fees, laptops, mentorship and career guidance to meritorious students from underserved communities.
The 12 new scholars join the Foundation's three flagship tracks: Saraswati for Class 10 toppers, Shakti for graduation support and Laxmi for postgraduate aspirants.
Salman Khan Supports Scholarship Students
Salman Khan awarded medals and personalised gifts to scholarship students during the event.
He also donated 30 brand-new laptops to the Foundation, supporting the wider goal of improving access to technology and education.
Digital Literacy and Future Skills
The new labs are intended to provide students with practical access to technology within their school environments.
The programme includes learning opportunities in basic computer literacy, coding, AI concepts and data analysis.
The Foundation's approach is intended to help prepare students for a competitive digital world.
A Holistic Scholarship Programme
The scholarship programme is designed to provide more than financial aid.
Students receive support that can include coaching, college fees, laptops, mentorship and career guidance.
The Foundation's three scholarship tracks allow support to be structured around different stages of students' academic journeys.
Stories of Resilience and Achievement
The event also highlighted stories of scholars who have progressed into higher education, sports and creative pursuits.
Students studying at IITs, athletes who have represented their state and artists developing their talents were highlighted as examples of the impact of sustained support.
